I cannot thank Irvine Valley Vet Hospital enough for the care they provided to my dog during one of the scariest times of our lives. My dog accidentally ate a palm tree seed, which got lodged in his small intestine. He was in so much pain, and I was terrified. The X-rays showed that some of the air pockets in his stomach were bigger than his intestines. He had no energy, wouldn't eat, and barely moved, just laying on the floor all day. It was heartbreaking to see him like that. The team at Irvine Valley Vet Hospital acted quickly and compassionately. They were able to perform the surgery immediately, which truly saved his life. The care and attention they gave him throughout the entire process were exceptional. Now, thanks to them, my dog is back to his usual, energetic self (perhaps with even more energy than before!), and I'm so grateful to have him healthy and happy again. Thank you, Irvine Valley Vet Hospital, for everything you did for my dog and for being there when we needed you the most. Your dedication and expertise made all the difference, and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of veterinary care.

My Chameleon named Pickles wasn't feeling good and turns out... she was pregnant with eggs!! (Along with needing a calcium treatment) Irvine Valley was such a positive & caring place. Everyone was so kind and treated me & my little green bean like ROYALTY and family. I am so glad I came here, it was truly the best decision!! I would gladly come back in the future!!

This was the only veterinarian hospital/office in the area that was able to take care of my exotic bird on a Sunday evening after it was attacked by a hawk. The team was able to do surgery on my bird and managed to save its life. The veterinarian and assistants kept me informed and gave me different options, also they followed up during its recovery. They were also so nice entertaining a tour of the hospital for my daughter, and we both loved it. Very fortunate to have a veterinarian hospital like this in the community.

I had an emergency early in the morning with my foster dog who was vomiting blood and decided to come here after looking up 24 hour vets. I was so anxious no one was going to be open near me but thankfully found Irvine Valley Vet Hospital. They were able to check my dog out quickly and corresponded with my rescue agency right away. Brandon, one of the workers there was extremely helpful and friendly to me. My dog was anxious and Brandon even came and sat with us and made sure we were comfortable! You could tell that Brandon was caring, knowledgeable and compassionate and I really appreciated that from him. I will absolutely come back here with any other after hour emergencies. Our English bulldog was having an abdominal crisis and Dr. Elizabeth Kelly wisely recognized the real emergency wasn’t the orthopedic issue (that was also bothering him). Our baby bloated and twisted his stomach, and was so old with many ailments, and likely organ damage, that we let him go. I cannot fully express how grateful I am to the staff for the way they handled this, from start to end. I wish I could remember everyone’s name, but it was an emotional time. Very attentive and kind staff. Important labs were drawn and analyzed in house, on the spot. X-rays and lab results were emailed with ease. The office is wonderful, clean and love the covered porch outside and the thoughtful water and snacks (for people) was much appreciated when you’re focused for hours on your fur baby. I’m so thankful this practice was so close to us. They even have a little vet ambulance! 🚑 kudos for that. We miss our baby and are heartbroken, but we could not have asked for a better experience, given the horrible situation. Bless you all. For fur parents, plug this place into your phone contacts for when you need it. They are staffed “with the lights on” all night. Thank you for that.

Thanks to everyone at Irvine Valley for taking care of our dog during his recent visit and overnight stay. The diagnosis and his treatment were all spot on. The kind follow up photos, chat messages and phone calls throughout his overnight stay were an incredibly thoughtful and really appreciated. The staff treated my kitty Tito with the utmost care, kindness, and professionalism when we arrived at the emergency vets office at around 9 PM Sunday. I found out later after they examined him that he had crystals in his urine. I caught it early enough for them to help him out by squeezing his bladder to reduce his pain. Luckily there was no blockage but he needed help with pain meds, urine test, some other medication, and new diet. We were sent home at around 12 PM. So happy to still have my Tito.

Luckily I found Irvine valley Hospital and they had walk ins available. My bunny was not doing good and his condition was getting worse by the day. I was able to call and get all the information I needed ahead of time. The staff from the beginning answered all of my questions and were very helpful, and im talking about EVERYONE I had an interaction with. From the front desk to the vet and techs, they were very friendly and understanding. I did feel that care was genuine and the vet knew exactly what she was doing and was very knowledgeable. Although we got bad news with a blood panel I will definitely consider bringing my bunnys here in the future. I feel like the visit saved my bunnys life the medicines he got and hydration shot made all the difference he's feeling better since we left the hospital. Thank you, From Legoshi and Fam!

I had to take my little baby bunny here for a little injury. The staff was super nice and welcoming, they made me feel better after feeling stressed with my baby. Provided some coffee and snacks, have a super clean restroom that made me feel comfortable. Definitely would recommend this place for a bunny owner with emergencies. Thank you all so much !! 🫶🏻💛🤍 🐰
